Meanwhile, just last week Slimane revealed he may bring couture back to the label, which closed its illustrious couture house back in 2002. "Haute couture is a legitimate subject for Yves Saint Laurent and could resume one day," he said in an interview with the August issue of French Vogue. Slimane will make his first big statement to the international press this September during Paris Fashion Week when he showcases his debut Spring 2013 womenswear designs for the iconic French fashion house.
